Outbound Emails

Files.com can send email notifications about activity on your site. This log shows a list of the email notifications that were sent.

We retain these logs for 180 days.

Details Recorded in Outbound Emails Logs

Outbound emails logs contain critical information about activity, including the following details.

Column	Details
Date	Time when the email was sent.
Subject	Subject name of the email.
To	Receiver of the email in To field.
Cc	Receiver of the email in Cc field.
Delivery Method	Deliver method of the email. It can be `custom_smtp` if you have setup custom SMTP server for your site.
SMTP Hostname	Custom SMTP server's hostname .
SMTP IP	Custom SMTP server's IP.
Message	Log message.
Status	Status such as Success, Suppressed or Failure for each outbound email action.
