User Password Policies

Changing the Password restrictions or Prevent use of breachable passwords settings does not force existing users to change their current passwords. The new requirements apply only when a user creates a new password or changes an existing one.

To require an individual user to change their password, enable the Require password change on next login setting on that user's Authentication settings.
