Subscribing to Notifications of Incidents

You can subscribe to receive notifications whenever we create, update, and resolve an incident, or change a component status on the Files.com status page.

These notifications can be delivered as a text message, email, webhook, or RSS Feed.

Page Excludes Minor or Customer-Specific Incidents

The page reflects the status of the overall Files.com system and does not necessarily include issues that only apply to specific customers or specific counterparties. For example, many of our customers use dedicated IPs, which are provisioned exclusively to that single customer.

We understand the critical nature of these types of issues to affected customers, and seek to resolve them as quickly as possible. We do strive to ensure that all system-wide issues are posted to our status page.
