Syncs Logs
The Syncs log shows the status and details of all Remote Server synchronization events across your site, involving scheduled pushes and pulls of files and folders between Files.com and the remote server.
Possible sync operations include Sync, List, Delete, Delete Source, Sync Overwrite, and Create Directory. This log provides comprehensive information for each sync run, including the start time, Sync ID, operation type, accessed file paths, and current status. It also displays the External Event ID, which links to detailed logs for each action performed during the run. You can view informational messages and error details if any failures occur, making it easy to track and troubleshoot synchronization activities.
We retain these logs for 90 days.
If you are looking for the detailed individual actions performed with your Remote Servers or Files.com on-premise agents, refer to the Outbound Connections logs.
